The co-accused man involved in the now-viral video of an alleged sex act with a live brown trout on a boat faced court in Hobart on Tuesday.
Ashley David Hallam, 55, appeared in the Hobart Magistrates Court asking for an adjournment without plea.
The Dolphin Sands resident has been charged with two counts of making or reproducing a bestiality product and three counts of possessing a bestiality product.
Tasmania Police allege that the bestiality product was a video depicting co-accused Catherine June Lee lying on a boat on a lake while Mr Hallam used a live trout to perform a sexual act on her.
Police say the alleged offences took place between February 1 2022 and January 25, 2023.
Magistrate Marica Duvnjak agreed that both Mr Hallam and Ms Lee should reappear on the same court date on October 25 and granted Mr Lee an adjournment until then.
