The missing Kempton woman has been found alive.
Search and rescue personnel located the 31-year-old shortly before 11am at the Station Park Roadside Stopover on Kempton’s Main St.
Ms Direen was being treated by paramedics at the scene.
“We will continue to look at the circumstances to what has led to this event,” Police Senior Sergeant Jason Klug said.
“We would like to thank members of the public and everyone who has greatly assisted today which has led to this great outcome.”
The woman was found only 400m away from where police had set up their base for the search, and was discovered by search and rescue members who were on foot.
“To locate a missing person in such a timely manner is certainly fantastic, but it’s through the great members of the public that have assisted us,” Mr Klug said.
The woman was taken from the scene by ambulance at 12pm, with a police van in tow. A handful of search and rescue workers in high-vis vests hugged and smiled as emergency services packed up.

Police have ramped up their search for a missing Kempton woman, with the forecast wild weather looming as a factor as they race to find her safe.
Senior Sergeant Jason Klug said they had no specific leads on the woman’s disappearance but said it was “out of the ordinary” for her to leave her residence late at night.
“We’ve expanded our capability as of early this morning, at the moment we have 10 search and rescue personnel on the ground and a number of uniformed officers,” Mr Klug said.
“Our focus is finding Tanaha safely, so we urge that anybody who has any information contacts Tasmania Police or Crime Stoppers.
Mr Klug said police were particularly concerned for the woman’s safety given the high rainfall and strong winds forecast later today and Friday.
“We’re aware that last night was quite cool and the weather conditions are forecast to deteriorate over the course of the evening and across tomorrow.
“Those are all factors we’re considering with how we’re dealing with this.”
