‘Suspicious person’ scare puts Melbourne high school into lockdown

A Melbourne high school went into lockdown this morning after reports of a suspicious person at the campus.
Police searched the grounds of Thomastown Secondary College in the city’s north shortly after 11am.

A Victoria Police spokeswoman later confirmed officers did not find anyone and had wrapped up their search, with the school back to normal.
