Two-truck crash on the Dukes Highway resulted in delays near Coonalpyn

Two trucks crashed on the Dukes Highway near Coonalpyn, leaving debris across the road and a lane of traffic closed for several hours.

Three men have been injured after two trucks collided on a major highway on Sunday.

Emergency services rushed to the scene of the crash on the Dukes Highway, near Coonalpyn.

The two trucks collided about 2.5 km north of Railz Rd at around 10.30am.

A 50-year-old man from Victoria received non life-threatening injuries and was taken to the local hospital.

The driver of the other truck, a 29-year-old man and his 28-year-old passenger from Morphett Vale walked away with minor injuries.

Traffic was restricted to one lane as debris was strewn across the road.

Police said they were continuing to investigate the crash.
