A man arrested after a STAR Group raid at a southern suburbs home last year has had all drug charges against him dropped.

Simon Schramm, 51, attended the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Thursday to hear police prosecutors tell the court all charges against him have been dropped.

“We are not proceeding on all charges,” prosecutors said.

Mr Schramm of Seaford Meadows was originally facing charges of three counts of trafficking in a controlled drug, two counts of possessing prescription drug and using or possessing a prohibited weapon.

After his arrest in October last year, the court heard Mr Schramm’s father Paul Schramm – the detective of the taskforce that investigated the Snowtown murders – was willing to go guarantor for his son and have him bailed to his home.
