A man has been rushed to hospital after falling off a roof in Adelaide’s west.
The incident occurred at West Hindmarsh at around 2:38pm on Monday.
The man in his 50s, whom The Advertiser understands to be an electrician, was working on the roof of a house when he fell off, sustaining a serious head injury
.
SA Ambulance said the man was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital by MedSTAR.
A SafeWork SA spokesperson confirmed to The Advertiser that SafeWork had been notified of the incident.
“Inspectors are attending to make inquiries,” the spokesperson said.
