Kimberley Kitching’s Husband Takes Aim At Labor Party 22/03/22

Labor senator Kimberley Kitching was hurt by a “cantankerous cabal” in her party and “deserved so very much better” before her sudden death, her grieving husband said at her funeral yesterday.

Labor will abandon its promise to deliver working mums thousands of dollars for their retirement, allowing a system slammed as a “tax on pregnancy” to remain in place if the party is elected.

NRL star George Burgess was last night charged with sexually touching a woman without her consent.

And in sport, Parramatta recruit Josh Hodgson has played his last game for Canberra. The Raiders on Monday confirmed that Hodgson would have surgery on his knee this week and miss the remainder of the season.
