A driver who, while affected by mental illness, caused a road crash that killed two women was active on a dating app in the lead-up to facing court for the final time.
Tennis champion, Paralympic gold-medallist, advocate and philanthropist Dylan Alcott has been named Australian of the Year, becoming the first person with a disability to win the top award.
