Screaming and collapsing on the streets of a popular Indonesian party destination – that’s how 28-year-old former Adelaide man Charlie Bradley spent his final moments.

Soon after, the Sydney real estate agent, who relocated from the United Kingdom to Adelaide about a decade ago, was found unresponsive outside a hospital in north Kuta.

“He collapsed to the ground, screamed, stood up, collapsed again screaming and then repeatedly was banging his head,” Mr Bradley’s sister Beth told 7NEWS.

Mystery surrounds Mr Bradley’s death, with Ms Bradley pleading for answers about what claimed her brother’s life.

She has made pleas for anyone who witnessed Mr Bradley’s final moments to come forward with information as the family continue to hunt for a video reportedly capturing the 28-year-old’s final moments.

“Please help us find an answer,” Ms Bradley wrote on social media. “Someone out there knows more than we do.”

Ms Bradley told 7NEWS she feared her brother’s drink had been spiked.

Ms Bradley said the news of her brother’s death had “rocked our family entirely”.

“Charlie was loved by so many,” she wrote. “Let this be a reminder to you all that life is too short, and hug those closest to you tightly.”

North Kuta police remained tight-lipped on the investigation into Mr Bradley’s death, telling The Advertiser it would be required to attend the local police station for more information.

Ms Bradley’s for pleas information come as Mr Bradley’s girlfriend Clare Stokes remembered her “greatest love” in a heartbreaking tribute.

“I loved loving you so damn wholeheartedly!”

“The light of my life,” she wrote in an Instagram post, paying tribute to Mr Bradley in the days after his death.

“Thankful to be dusted with your stardust. You are the brightest star in the sky!”

“You are an unmatched love I will hold forever Charles,” Ms Stokes wrote in another post.

“I would do anything to live out more laughter filled days with you.”

In the post, Ms Stokes said the news of Mr Bradley’s death had left her with “complete emptiness” in her heart.

“I am thankful to be able to cherish his essence & know he touched many hearts the way he filled mine,” she wrote.

“I hope we all can look back on the light of life that he was, and reach the end of this tunnel.

“You are an unmatched love I will hold forever Charles.”

Ms Stokes posted the tribute alongside other videos and photos of the couple in the days after Mr Bradley’s death.

“It was such a magic we both knew was once in lifetime,” Ms Stokes wrote of the couple’s relationship. “You were my whole – the same ‘peace’ I was to you.”

Ms Stokes first shared a photo, captioned with a heart, to Instagram last year.

“Oh how I would give anything,” Ms Stokes captioned a social media post of text messages sent by Mr Bradley. “It was always you!”

“You fill my life with brightness & humour that is incomparable,” Ms Stokes wrote in another post.

“You are magic!”

At the time of writing, a GoFundMe set up to repatriate Mr Bradley’s body had raised more than $48,000.

The Foreign Affairs and Trade Department does not play a consular role in bringing Mr Bradley’s body back to Australia as he was a British citizen.

Before relocating to Sydney, Mr Bradley worked in Adelaide as a real estate agent and forged a reputation as a talented amateur boxer at the West Central Boxing Gym.

Mr Goodes said he had last seen Mr Bradley before his move to Sydney.

“It’s hard to have a favourite memory,” he said.

“He’s one of the brightest people. He was just a light. He always put a smile on your face.

“If you were mates with him he’d do absolutely anything to support you and be there for you.”
