Two teenagers allegedly involved in a horrific crash that left a young girl fighting for life and a house on the verge of collapse have been linked to a crime spree across South Brisbane. 

Pharmacists would diagnose and treat serious conditions like heart failure and asthma under a trial proposed by the Queensland Government and the “risky” plan has enraged the state’s doctors.
