Sunshine Coast breaking news, car crashes into ditch at Kenilworth
A woman in her 60s has been flown to hospital after she ran her car off a hinterland road and crashed into a ditch.

An emergency rescue was carried out after a woman in her 60s ran her car off a hinterland road and crashed into a ditch with a creek running through it.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said one crew was at the crash after a car ran off Eumundi Kenilworth Rd, at Kenilworth, at 8.50am, and crashed into a ditch.
He said there was a running creek in the ditch/gully.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a rescue helicopter flew the woman to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
Young man rushed to hospital after being hit by car
A young man was hit by a car and rushed to hospital with leg and arm injuries overnight while another was bitten by a snake and also taken to hospital.
Emergency services rushed to the scene at Nambour Sunday night when a young man was hit by a car on Glenbrook Drive and Jack Street, at 10.28pm.
Paramedics the man aged in his 20s to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
Earlier an adult man was taken to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition after he was bitten by a snake on his leg at Maroochydore, Bradman Ave, at 8.30pm.
Emergency services also attended at two car crash at Meridan Plains on Sunday night at 7.05pm.
