Four fire crews are battling a blaze that has engulfed a home in Brisbane’s south on Wednesday night.

Emergency services were called to Golda Ave at Salisbury following reports of a residential property on fire shortly after 8.40pm.

Firefighters are working to get the blaze under control and are conducting a search of the building, with a further two fire crews en route.
