NRL superstar Reece Walsh reveals current relationship status on Juiced TV

NRL superstar Reece Walsh has finally answered the question everyone wanted the answer to.

NRL superstar Reece Walsh has revealed his current relationship status on a television show made by sick children in hospital, as a host makes a cheeky suggestion.

The Broncos playmaker was asked about his current relationship status in an interview on Juiced TV, a program made by and for children receiving treatment at the Queensland Children’s Hospital, by host Indy-Rose.

“Are you single?,” Indy-Rose asked.

“Oh my gosh, I am single, yes,” Walsh replied.

Indy-Rose then cheekily asked Walsh if he wanted to meet her nurse.

“Would you like to meet my nurse? She is gorgeous and she needs to go on a date,” Indy-Rose said.

“Yeah I can meet your nurse, yeah, where is she? Is she here today? Should we get her in here?” Walsh replied.

“She probably won’t come down, you had to go up to her,” Indy-Rose said.

“Will you take me up there after? Done, let’s do it!” Walsh replied.

After the segment was filmed, vision emerged showing Indy-Rose introducing the nurse to Walsh.

The meeting between Walsh and the nurse was discussed on B105’s Stav, Abby, and Matt, who helped organise the visit by Walsh to the Queensland Children’s Hospital, on Monday morning.

“Indy-Rose …. she was the cheeky one that was, like, my nurse likes you, you should go on a date,” Abby said.

“She comes down and they meet, I was like oh there we go.”

The outcome of the chance meeting between Walsh and the nurse is not known.

During the Juiced TV interview, Walsh was asked questions including what his favourite family tradition is, what gets him through the tough days, who his favourite player was as a kid, and what advice would he give to the kids in hospital who want to be like him.

The hosts of the show also painted Walsh’s fingernails, a practice he continues with his daughter Leila to bond with her.

Following the interview, Walsh said he would be “playing for all you guys” in his next Broncos game, which Indy-Rose attended.

Indy-Rose ran out onto the field at Suncorp Stadium with Walsh and the rest of his Broncos teammates.

She also flipped the coin for the toss and watched the game from the sidelines.

Walsh is the latest big name to join Juiced TV, which has also featured the likes of Hollywood stars Margot Robbie and Johnny Depp.

In 2024, the former Labor government committed an extra $2 million over the next four years to bring Juiced TV to every child that is in hospital or going into hospital across the state.
