A QUEENSLAND university union’s historic newspaper has stunned many of its students by publishing a “how-to” shoplifting guide that encourages targeting big corporations, wearing masks and inducing your child to throw a tantrum to distract.
AGED and veteran pensioners will be able to earn an extra $4,000 this year while the annual skilled migration cap will be raised to 195,000 in a bid to quickly ease the workforce shortage gripping Australia.
