Free Kindergarten for 14,000 Queensland Parents 23/02/2022

More than 40,000 children will benefit from a $1 billion state government investment in kindergarten, reducing the price for their parents by thousands of dollars.

Annastacia Palaszczuk has had to block her own department from picking public servants to help work on the state government’s integrity review.

The state government has quashed calls for Queenslanders to vote on daylight saving as business and tourism leaders throw their support behind an impassioned plea from Brisbane’s Lord Mayor. 

The search is on to find 12 of Queensland’s brightest and passionate minds to ensure the state benefits from the Olympic Games long after the final gold medal has been won.
