Caravonica death: Man dies of injuries in Cairns home, teen assisting police with inquiries
A 19-year-old is assisting police with their inquiries after a 37-year-old man died at a property in Queensland’s Far North overnight.

Police are investigating the sudden death of a 37-year-old man at a property in Cairns.
Officers attended the address at Caravonica about 9.30pm where they discovered the man who had critical injuries.
Emergency crews attempted to save the man, however died at the scene.
A crime scene has been established and a 19-year-old man is assisting police with their inquiries.
Investigations are ongoing.
