As a result, some staggering sales prices are being achieved, with two separate residences at Sunshine Beach recently selling off-market for $34 million and $22 million respectively.

The sale of the Webb Road property for $34 million sets a new Queensland house price record, but for every luxury listing, there are many more cashed-up buyers who are missing out.

Here are five of the top listings on realestate.com.au right now, but you will need some deep pockets.

1. $21 MILLION – Buderim

A “luxurious haven of impeccable style, space, and superior quality” is how the McGrath Buderim agents described Malumba Estate.

The ultimate Hampton’s lifestyle residence, the property sits on an elevated 10 acres of land, and offers panoramic views of the ocean, Moreton Island and Glasshouse Mountains.
