Paramedics and firefighters will need to work together to rescue a man in his 30s after a nasty fall in North Queensland.
Crews from the Queensland Fire Department were still en route to Pandanus St, when called after 5pm on Tuesday, March 13.
Paramedics on scene have communicated with the man, according to a Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman, but were not able to access him.
The man is still responsive, but has ‘significant’ head injuries, according to the spokeswoman.
The challenging environment means other emergency services “might be required”, she said.
More to come.
