St Joseph’s has maintained its position in second place on the GFNL A Grade netball ladder after downing mid-table team St Mary’s, 43-20.
The fifth-placed Saints were unable to bridge the gap after trailing by 12 points at quarter time at Herne Hill Reserve.
Ella Costa led the scoring with 26 goals for the winners.
Meanwhile, Ocean Grove has maintained its unbeaten season in the BFNL with a 49-43 win over Barwon Heads at Howard Harmer Oval.
The Grubbers sit on top of the ladder following a 14-0 campaign so far, one win ahead of Geelong Amateur.
