Manly lock and NSW skipper Jake Trbojevic tied the knot to fiancee Alix on Saturday at a beautiful ceremony in the Hunter Valley.
Just weeks after teammate Daly Cherry-Evans got hitched to his long term partner Vessa Rockliff, Trbojevic turned Wallalong House to NRL central, marrying Manly teammate Corey Waddell’s sister Alix.
The happy couple posted a picture in a joint Instagram post of the pair walking through a garden, with Trbojevic wearing a black tuxedo, and his now wife dawning a long white gown made by Marry Me Bridal from Mosman.
“Best day ever,” the pair captioned their first Instagram post since being married.
Now Mr and Mrs Trbojevic, the couple had an outdoor wedding surrounded by their closest friends and family.
Less than a week out from Christmas, Jake was accompanied by Blues teammate James Tedesco, along with brothers Tom and Ben.
Jake was seen being hoisted into the air on his brother Ben’s shoulders, across from his new wife, who was being held up by her brother, Corey.
Guest were greeted at the event by a sign out the front that read: “Welcome to our love story”.
Jake proposed to Alix in February of this year, just weeks before the lock started his season in Las Vegas.
Along with a multitude of guest, Jake will return to pre-season in early January to prepare for season 2025.
