Ryan Gosling pulled an all-nighter in Sydney CBD on Saturday to film a stunt involving two trams and a unicorn.

George Street was closed from King Street to Bridge Street from 5.30pm on Saturday night, as film crews worked all through the night to capture the stunt scene.

The La La Land actor was spotted running up to a moving tram in an all-yellow ensemble that included a beanie and long rain jacket.

Underneath, he wears a suit in the same canary shade with white chunky sneakers.

In the scene, Gosling’s character chases a tram down and slams on the doors, but misses it nearly and bursts into an angry fit.

The 41-year-old’s handsome stunt double was on hand nearby, dressed in the same outfit, and standing with his arms crossed on the footpath by the trams.

The Hollywood action film, slated for release in early 2024, has been filming all around Sydney in recent weeks from CBD rooftops to Dawes Point Park at The Rocks.

It’s a reboot of a popular 1980s TV series of the same name, that isn’t shying away from the fantastical.

An unlikely co-star on set for the night shoot was a beautiful white horse, seen being fitted with a white unicorn’s horn.

A handful of NSW police were also present to keep the L2 Randwick and Circular Quay tram tracks clear of pedestrians for filming.

The Daily Telegraph is told the filmmakers had arranged to clear the area early on Sunday morning if needed, but had completed their work by then and cleared out.

Gosling, 41, his wife Eva Mendes, and two children Esmeralda, 8, and Amada, 6, are living in Sydney for the next few months while the movie is filmed.

UK actor Emily Blunt, 39, is set to star alongside Gosling in the film helmed by John Wick director David Leitch, but she’s yet to be seen.
