Lions on the loose within 100 metres of families sleeping in tents caused panic at Taronga Zoo as their great escape gripped Sydney for hours yesterday morning. 

Police are offering a reward of up to $1m for the capture of fugitive Rajwinder Singh who they believe fled to India following the horrific murder of young Queensland woman Toyah Cordingley.
