Intruder targets elderly, wheelchair bound man Norris Gray for the second time
For the second time in two nights, an elderly Darwin man was targeted by the same intruder.

FOR the second time in two nights, an elderly man was targeted by the same intruder demanding cash from inside his Malak unit.
Norris Gray, who is wheelchair bound, was forced to sit back and helplessly watch the man go through his possessions after first threatening the 87-year-old on Friday night.
The return on Sunday has upset Mr Gray further and he is considering relocating from his humble home.
The latest ransacking occurred about 11pm on Sunday.
The intruder arrived this time with a set of spare keys found about 48 hours earlier.
“He just opened the door and came straight in,” Mr Gray said.
“I mean why would he do that again?
“I told him last time we don’t have cash here.”
After scuffling for cash on Sunday, the intruder left empty-handed.
He had already stolen a mobile phone worth $370 that Mr Gray had just recently bought.
“He went through every bag again,” Mr Gray said.
“He said to me, ‘Where’s the money? Your wife told me you have some money’.
“I think someone told him that we have a lot of money.
“I think someone has seen the bank account.”
The intruder tried to unlock a cabinet containing important papers, believing the cash was located inside.

Mr Gray’s son David was devastated by the turn of events.
He was worried for the wellbeing of his father, who only recently came out of hospital.
A police report called the aggressive action on the frail, aged pensioner a “disturbance”.
Police had dusted for prints on Saturday but had not made a match on the intruder’s identity.
Police described the man as Aboriginal in appearance and about 183cms, of skinny build and around 30-40 years of age.
Mr Gray’s former wife, Susan, is his carer and after being at bingo on Friday night, she witnessed the attack on Sunday.
