Shane Warne’s youngest daughter has posted about living without her father after his unexpected death, as the cricketing legend receives a state memorial this week.

Shane Warne’s youngest daughter Summer has shared an emotional post on loss after the unexpected death of her father earlier this month.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 20-year posted a quote from an anonymous writer that dealt with grief.

“When we lose someone we love we must learn not to live without them, but to live with the love they left behind,” it read.

Warne died on March 4 on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand. He was 52.

Shortly after his death, Summer shared a gallery of photos on Instagram to pay tribute to her beloved father.

She also posted a video on TikTok showing a montage of her legendary cricket star father hamming it up for the camera earlier this month.

She captioned the heartwarming clip, “Life will never be the same without you dad”.

In another clip, Warne can be seen sliding across a polished floor in his socks like Tom Cruise in the movie Risky Business.

An additional clip showed him humorously licking the flavour out of an empty Cheetos packet.

Summer is Warne’s youngest child by his former wife, Simone, 52, to whom he was married between 1995 and 2005.

The late cricketing legend is also survived by his daughter Brooke, 24 and son Jackson, 23.

Warne will receive a state memorial service on March 30 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, with as many fans as possible allowed to attend.
