FORMER Magpies star Dane Swan has lodged a complaint with police over a leaked sex video.

A former player has been filmed in a naked romp.

FORMER Magpies star Dane Swan has lodged a complaint with police over a leaked sex video.

The 2010 Premiership player is understood to be furious after the video of a naked sex romp with a woman was circulated on social media.

Thousands of people around the world have viewed the video, with Swan identified in scores of online posts.

The former Collingwood midfielder, who also won the Brownlow Medal in 2011, is understood to have made a complaint to police last night, saying the video was shared without his consent.

The tape had been doing the rounds for several days prior to going viral on social media, with News Corp among the news organisations to reject publishing any part of the footage.

It is unclear when the footage, showing the champion player in bed naked with a woman, was taken but it appears he may not have consented to it being filmed.

In a written response to News Corp questions, Victoria Police said: “Prahran police are investigating after a video was distributed electronically and online. The video was posted without consent. As the investigation is ongoing it would be inappropriate to comment further.”

In the video the pair can be seen kissing and he appears to try and hide his head after seeing the woman recording their tryst.

It appears to have come into circulation via social media.

The woman, the player and his player manger have been approached for comment.

While it is being shared around via social media News Corp was also offered the chance to buy the video, but declined.
