Police are on the hunt for a vehicle involved in a firearms incident at a service station north of Hobart.

POLICE are searching the Bridgewater and Brighton area for a vehicle involved in an alleged firearms incident this afternoon.
At 4.30pm police said they were responding to a report of a firearms incident at a petrol station on Brighton Rd.
The vehicle involved – a white truck – then left the area.
Police said no one was injured during the incident.
A number of police units are in the Bridgewater and Brighton area searching for the vehicle.
