A GROWING area of the Eastern Shore is set for another boost if a proposed development goes ahead.
JSA Consulting Engineers submitted a development application to the Clarence City Council for 33 units to be build at 34 Clinton Road, Geilston Bay.
The street is popular with unit developers, with another set of units positioned right next door at 34a.
As part of the works, an existing dwelling and workshop would be demolished, and existing NBN lines and overhead power lines would be removed.
The construction of the units would take place in four stages, with stage one consisting of units one to 13.
The development would have 77 parking spots, including 11 visitor parking spots and three motorcycle spots.
Representations will close on September 28. Visit the City of Clarence website for more information.
