A 39-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with aggravated assault and breaching a domestic violence order after an incident in Palmerston on Tuesday, January 5.
Police allege the man assaulted a 36-year-old woman before following her.
The man allegedly assaulted the woman between 9pm and 10pm in Gray.
She then walked towards Moulden via Temple and Bonson terraces.
The man allegedly followed her before police attended and arrested him.
The man appeared in court on Wednesday January 6 and has been remanded in custody facing a number of charges, including aggravated assault and engaging in conduct contravening a domestic violence order.
