A man is expected to be given antivenene after being bitten by a baby tiger snake at a Great Ocean Road tourist hotspot.

A man was expected to be given antivenene after being bitten by a baby tiger snake near Lorne.
Paramedics were called to the Cumberland River camping ground around 2.40pm on Sunday after the man was reportedly bitten.
Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said the man was bitten on the finger by the snake and treated by paramedics.
He was taken to Geelong hospital where doctors would assess if he needed antivenene.
The man was transported just before 3.30pm.
