THE national president of the Finks outlaw bikie gang has been barred from entering Bali and sent home to Sydney after a tip-off from Australian intelligence sources.

Kosh Radford, aka Koshan Rashidi, his wife, child and mother-in-law arrived in Bali on Wednesday night on a flight from Sydney and were immediately stopped by Immigration and refused entry.

They were sent home on the next flight, arriving in Sydney Thursday morning.

Sources in Bali have told News Corporation that when Radford arrived at the Immigration counter for passport scans he and his entourage were rejected entry to the country “because it is known that he is involved in a dangerous motorbike gang in Australia”.

There is no suggestion that any member of the group was refused entry for any reason other than the fact of travelling with Radford.

It is understood that the tip-off about their imminent arrival came from Australian intelligence sources.

News Corporation has obtained a copy of a document believed to have come from law enforcement, showing a photograph of Radford and four other men wearing shirts bearing the Finks words and logos.

The document reads “Finks National President Kosh Radford ... is departing Australia today, Wednesday 8 November 2017 on QF43 arriving Denpasar at 8.20pm”.

Travelling with Radford was his wife, his mother-in-law and their child. They were coming to Bali for a holiday.

The group arrived in Bali last night on QF43 from Sydney at 8.21pm.

“At 8.25pm Kosh Radford arrived at Immigration counter for passport scan and stamp. Because it is known that he is involved in a dangerous motorbike gang in Australia he and his entourage were rejected entry to Indonesia by Immigration,” an official report, obtained by News Corporation, said.

“At 9.30pm they were flown back to Sydney by Qantas QF44, Denpasar to Sydney. The process ran safely and smoothly.”

A photograph, obtained by News Corporation, shows a smiling Radford being escorted by officials at the airport in Bali Wednesday night.

Ngurah Rai Immigration chief Ari Budijanto yesterday confirmed Radford had been banned from entering Bali.

But he would not comment on who had provided the information about the group’s trip.

“Foreigners that are allowed to enter Indonesia are those who are beneficial for Indonesia. Foreigners who are rejected from entering Indonesia are foreigners that allegedly could causes restlessness and disturb national security,” Mr Budijanto said.

He denied the tip-off came from the Australian Federal Police, saying the information was from their own sources.

Radford is described as a high-value target for Australian law enforcement agencies.

He was travelling on an Australian passport which notes his place of birth as Kabul, Afghanistan.

A Sunday Telegraph investigation in September this year found that the Finks membership had exploded since Radford took over the presidency. He replaced the old club logo – a happy drunk holding a beer bottle and trademarked a new logo of a snarling character holding a handgun.

The tip-off to Indonesia may well be aimed at disrupting Radford’s activities and life as law enforcement cracks down on the bikie gangs.

Australian bikie gangs are known to have also gained a foothold in Bali where chapters of the gangs have been set up in recent years, gleaning members from within Bali’s notorious gangs.

The Finks MC Facebook page shows photographs of the Indonesian chapter and men wearing the Fink Indonesia logo on black t-shirts.

Radford is featured in some of the photos with the Indonesian members.
