Seminal rock band Faith No More have confirmed they are set to play the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on May 18.
Tickets will go on sale for the legendary group’s Australian tour on February 12 with presale starting February 10.
Faith No More – including frontman Mike Patton, Roddy Bottum, Mike Bordin, Jon Hudson and Bill Gould – were last in Australia playing the Soundwave Festival in 2015 and it’s their first headline tour in the country since 1997.
Their hits include Epic, Easy, Evidence, Falling to Pieces, Midlife Crisis, We Care a Lot and From Out of Nowhere.
Gould told The Advertiser he had been preparing for the Australian tour like a boxer would for a big bout.
“You need to train, you’re gonna go fight,” Gould said.
“You’ve gotta get in shape because it’s going to be a f*cking bloodbath.”
Faith No More, who will play a benefit concert for Australian bushfire relief in Manchester in June, will donate $1 from each ticket sold to Animals Australia and the CFA.
Tickets: ticketek.com.au or 13 48 49.
