A young man was taken to hospital after a crash in Newtown on Sunday afternoon.
It’s believed the driver suffered a medical episode and collided with a stationary vehicle, which struck another parked car.
Paramedics were called to the scene on George Street, near the corner of Aberdeen Street, about 1.20pm.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesman said a man in his late teens, who was believed to have suffered the medical episode, was taken to Geelong hospital.
He was in a stable condition with minor cuts and abrasions.
A resident, who wished to remain anonymous, said he heard a bang and rushed outside.
Several neighbours ran out to the street after hearing the noise, he said.
The resident said three cars were towed from the scene.
