A Gold Coast bikie has had his motorcycle seized by police after being arrested yesterday.

POLICE have seized the motorcycle ofan alleged Gold Coast bikie arrested yesterday.
The alleged Mongols member was riding a motorcycle which was seized just before 8am yesterday and impounded for 90 days by police during a traffic operation on the Pacific Motorway in the Burleigh Heads region.
Officers from Taskforce Maximia are now investigating alleged consorting offences in relation to the incident.

Police allege a 29-year-old man was driving unlicensed and also tested positive to a roadside drug test.
Organised Crime Gangs Group Commander, Detective Superintendent Roger Lowe said police were committed to stopping crime gangs.
“This should be a warning to all criminal gangs, that the (police) is focused on disrupting their activities,” he said.
“We will continue to work with other law enforcement jurisdictions to ensure we achieve this.”
