Woman found dead at South Melbourne public housing estate
Four men are assisting homicide detectives after a woman — who is yet to be formally identified — was found dead at a high rise public housing estate in South Melbourne.

Police are still trying to piece together what happened to a woman who was found dead in South Melbourne on Saturday night.
Emergency services were called to the Park Towers high-rise public housing flats on Park St about 6pm.

The 46-year-old woman was found with fatal injuries.
Four men were assisting homicide detectives with their inquiries — however all four were released tonight, pending further inquiries.
The men are aged 30, 68, 41 and 50, all from South Melbourne.
Police said the death was being treated as suspicious at this stage.
