A woman has been taken to hospital after she was allegedly stabbed by a co-worker in violent brawl at Epping’s Costco that left customers shocked.

Shoppers heard screams when a woman was stabbed in the bakery section of the Epping Costco this afternoon.
The victim was allegedly attacked by another female worker from the Deveny Rd discount superstore following an argument about 1.15pm.
The 45-year-old suffered non life-threatening injuries to her upper body.
She was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Shoppers heard the violence unfold.
“I heard a scream and there was a lady that got stabbed by it looked like another person in the same department, in the bakery section,” a man called Tom told 3AW.
“It looked like another staff member that did it because she had the hat on.
“I saw them take the knife away as well.”

A woman was arrested at the scene.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing.
“Parties are believed to be known to each other at this stage,” a police spokeswoman said.
