A VICTORIAN man has been charged with child exploitation offences involving alleged victims from South East Asia.
The 40-year-old, from Hampton Park, faced court today after being charged by the Victorian Joint Anti-Child Exploitation Team (JACET).
Police raided his home this morning and seized a number of digital devices.

Australian Border Force (ABF) also attended the raid and detained two people who were not allowed to be in Australia.
“Police will allege that the Hampton Park man used a social media platform to transmit and possess child pornography material involving child victims in South East Asia,” A Border Force spokesman said.
“Enquiries with international partners are continuing to identify the victims,” they added.
The man has been charged with use a carriage service to access child pornography material and possess child pornography and abuse material.
The man has been remanded in custody and will appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on August 3.
The maximum penalty for theses offences is 15 years imprisonment.
