TOBY MITCHELL BAILED ON AFFRAY CHARGES
Australian Associated Press photographer Ellen Smith copped a shove in the face as Mitchell was “bounced” by Channel 7 reporter Sharnelle Vella.
Ms Smith says she was shoved hard to one side by the former bikie as she scuffled for a photo in a media scrum but was not injured.
Mitchell’s matter was adjourned until next month so his lawyers can assess CCTV captured from the Southbank venue the fracas took place in.
