Teen arrested after Taylors Lakes brawl

A teenager has been arrested after a brawl at a shopping centre in Melbourne’s northwest. He suffered minor injuries in the incident.

A 19-year-old man has been arrested following a brawl at Watergardens Town Centre.

Police were called to reports of a brawl at the Melton Highway end of the shopping centre just after 5pm today.

A Victoria Police spokesperson said a group of youths, believed to be of African appearance, were seen fleeing from the scene when emergency services arrived.

The arrested teenager suffered minor injuries and is assisting police with their inquiries.
