A SUDANESE youth has allegedly threatened to rape and murder police.
Marial Dar, 20, was arrested on Monday after he allegedly subjected an off-duty police sergeant to a terrifying series of threats at Sunshine railway station in full view of a protective services officer.
Mr Dar, who came to Australia from Sudan in 2004, allegedly told Sgt Gerard Dickinson on January 3 that he knew where he lived.
“You stole my wallet you c---, you split my lip you dog, I know where you live,” Mr Dar is alleged to have shouted.

He later allegedly pressed his face against Sgt Dickinson’s and shouted: “You weak dog ... I’m gonna kill you.”
Mr Dar, a bricklayer and father of a six-month-old son, left the station and Sgt Dickinson made a formal statement.
Sgt Dickinson had helped arrest him at Sunshine station on December 30 when he was allegedly being aggressive towards a taxi driver.
On that occasion Mr Dar was released on bail the following day, but not before he allegedly went berserk at Sunshine police station, destroying a seat while ranting about his lost wallet and threatening Sgt Dickinson.
“I’m gonna kill him, I don’t care if I do time for it. I’ll remember his face, don’t worry. I’ll kill that motherf-----,” Dar allegedly said.
On December 6, he allegedly told police he would “rape and kill them” as one of his associates was arrested for robbing a man near the railway station.
He interrupted throughout his court appearance, claiming he was the victim of police harassment, prompting Magistrate Frank Jones to comment that he had a “big mouth” and a “chip on his shoulder”.
Mr Dar faces charges including damaging property, making threats to kill, threatening to assault emergency workers and behaving in a riotous manner. On Tuesday he was remanded to January 17.
