Shocking CCTV footage of the incident in Tarneit shows a group of African youths turning on another African teenager, stomping on him and throwing punches.

The thugs then push the bashed teen up against a wall, and steal several items from his pockets.
The sickening footage, aired on Nine’s A Current Affair, shows one of the youths climbing onto a car bonnet and then jumping on the victim, who is lying helpless on the ground.

“It’s terrible. There’s a victim in our community who’s been subjected to what looks like a really serious assault,” Commander Russell Barrett from Victoria Police told A Current Affair.
“Whether there is a level of organisation in it, I can’t say at this stage, but we will obviously investigate it.”
Tarneit residents have been living in fear after a trashed local community centre became the symbol of the state’s youth gang crisis.
Young thugs hijacked a new estate’s community centre and park, going on nightly vandalism sprees, trashing homes, and terrorising families.
MTS — the tag for emerging crime gang Menace To Society — was daubed on walls of the community centre.
MTS is linked to the notorious Apex gang, which has wreaked havoc across Melbourne over the past two years.
