Woman’s Toorak cafe stand-off with police ends safely
A TWO-HOUR stand-off at a Toorak Rd cafe between police and a woman allegedly armed with a knife has ended safely.

A TWO-HOUR stand-off at a Toorak Rd cafe between police and a woman allegedly armed with a knife has ended safely.
Police responded to a call just after 5pm after the woman refused to come out of Sezanas On Toorak cafe on Toorak Rd.
She held police at bay before she was arrested just after 7pm.

There were no injuries and no threats made, a police spokeswoman said.
She said the woman would be taken to hospital for assessment.
