Fatal crash on Ballan Rd, Manor Lakes: Driver dead after car veered into traffic
A MAN has died after his car veered into traffic and hit another vehicle in Melbourne’s west.

A MAN has died after his car veered into traffic in Melbourne’s west this evening.
Police said the man was driving on Ballan Rd, Manor Lakes about 5.45pm when his car moved to the wrong side of the road and hit a Ford Falcon.
The man could not be revived.
The driver of the Falcon, a 22-year-old Melton South man, suffered leg injuries after he was trapped in the wreckage.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to hospital in a stable condition.
Police will investigate the crash.
Tonight’s tragedy brings the state’s road toll to 97.
