If she fails to attend, a warrant may be issued to apprehend her and bring her before the court.

The summons comes just weeks after she had reportedly returned from a luxury African holiday.

Gibson, 27, has snubbed her nose at the courts since she was fined after being found guilty of misleading and deceptive conduct in September 2017.

Consumer Affairs pursued civil action against The Whole Pantry founder after she duped consumers into buying her wellness app and cookbook on false claims she had miraculously cured her brain cancer using natural remedies.

The consumer watchdog has repeatedly applied to the court to order Gibson pay up or she will face contempt charges.

But the disgraced wellness guru has not even agreed to go on a payment plan.

Gibson has tried to keep a low profile since her cancer lies were outed, failing to appear at any of her scheduled court hearings.

But last month, A Current Affair pounced on her at Melbourne Airport where she was returning home from a five-week lavish holiday in East Africa with her son and partner.

She would not comment about her trip, estimated to cost at least $15,000, or why she has ignored paying her fine.

In November, Justice Debbie Mortimer issued Gibson with a penal notice stating if she refused to pay or ignore the order she would be “liable to imprisonment, sequestration of property or other punishment”.

Justice Mortimer described Gibson as having a “cavalier attitude” and “little respect for any official processes”.

Ms Gibson must face the court on May 14.
