A BABY-faced teenager accused of being a drug king-pin has been remanded in custody following his arrest at a Flinders St short-stay apartment this weekend.

A BABY-faced teenager accused of being a drug king-pin has been remanded in custody.
Luke Lewin, 19, did not apply for bail at the Melbourne Magistrates Court today.
The skinny, brown-haired youth was wearing a grey jumper with an NYC logo, and did not speak in court.

Police have accused him of being a major drug dealer after he was arrested at a short-stay apartment in Flinders St on Saturday at 9am.
They found ecstasy, prescription drugs and a large amount of cash at the apartment.
Lewin was arrested at the apartment.
Police then searched Lewin’s house in Fowler St, Bonbeach.
They found more drugs, stun guns, jewellery, alcohol and cash.
He will return to court on August 28.
