A DRIVER was allegedly seven times the legal blood alcohol limit when he crashed into a fence.
The 52-year-old man recorded the high breath test reading of .344 after smashing his Kia Cerato car in Rowville, in Melbourne’s outer east.

Police were called to the scene at Eildon Parade Reserve after the crash about 1pm on Tuesday, August 21.
Police said the driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
His licence was immediately suspended.
He is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving and other traffic-related offences.
