ABORIGINAL elder Geoff Clark has been charged with fraud.
The former head of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission will face a Warrnambool Court next month, according to court listings.
Geoffrey Wayne Clark and Trudy Ann Clark were due to appear on October 1, along with Jeremy and Aaron Clark.

Victoria Police said in a statement: “Fraud and Extortion Squad detectives have charged four people as part of an investigation into alleged historical criminal matters.
“A 66-year-old Warrnambool man, 45 year-old Abbotsford man, 37 year-old Northcote man and a 63 year-old Warrnambool woman have all been charged on summons with fraud related charges.
“All four will appear at Warrnambool Magistrates Court on 1 October.
“The investigation remains ongoing.”
