A woman has been arrested and a man is still on the run after a chemist was allegedly broken into on the Gold Coast.

A woman has been arrested and a man is still on the run after a chemist was allegedly broken into on the Gold Coast.
Gold Coast police were called to Paradise Point’s Chempro Chemists on Grice Ave after it was allegedly rammed by a car around 1.30am on Thursday.
A Gold Coast police spokeswoman alleged a man and a woman has stolen a Black Range Rover before ramming into the chemist.
The spokeswoman said officers were on scene within minutes after the alleged incident and took a 25-year-old woman into custody.
However, the man allegedly fled the scene.
Paramedics assessed the woman who had suffered minor injuries but said did not require to be taken to hospital.
Police are urging anyone with information, CCTV or dashcam footage to contact them at 131 444.
Investigations are ongoing.
