WorkSafe investigating Moolap fire after man’s burns
WorkSafe is probing how a piece of machinery burst into flames at Moolap, leaving a man with upper-body burns.

WorkSafe is probing an incident that left a man with upper body burns.
The man, in his 30s, was treated for burns after a piece of machinery caught fire while being refuelled on Monday.
Paramedics were called to a Moolap property around 4.30pm following reports a man had burns to his upper body.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said the man was treated for burns and was in a stable condition.
Meanwhile, firefighters also responded to put out the machinery fire.
“Two FRV crews arrived on scene to find a piece of machinery had caught alight while being refuelled, and ensured the fire was completely extinguished and the scene was safe,” an FRV spokesman said.
A WorkSafe spokeswoman said officers were probing the incident.
