Paramedics called to business at Adco Grove, Ocean Grove
A man remains in hospital after injuries suffered in a workplace incident involving a B-double tipper truck at Ocean Grove.

The condition of a man injured when the tailgate of a b-double tipper truck swung open at an Ocean Grove business last week has improved.
The man in his 50s was in a serious but stable condition in the Royal Melbourne Hospital last week after he was injured during an incident at Danly Building and Garden Supplies.
Today the man’s condition had been downgraded to stable followng the incident that the workplace safety regulator is investigating.
The Geelong Advertiser understands a truck driver was unloading sand from the truck on June 28 when he was struck by the tailgate at the business off Grubb Rd.
Paramedics were called to Danly, on Adco Grove, about 1:15pm on Tuesday and by 2:30pm the air ambulance was dispatched.
The man was flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital on Tuesday afternoon with multiple injuries.
A 3:30pm Tuesday WorkSafe investigators were spotted at Danly after the work place safety regulator was notified about the incident about 2pm.
A WorkSafe spokesman said the organisation’s investigation was ongoing.
It is understood both WorkSafe inspectors, who have industry-specific expertise, and investigators are on site.
The WorkSafe staff will judge Occupational Health and Safety standards at the business.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said: “There appears to be one patient who is in a serious condition and is expected to be flown to hospital.”
The front gate to Danly on Adco Grove was closed on Tuesday afternoon, and members of the public arriving were turned away.
