Police and emergency services have made a grim discovery near a sporting oval in Geelong.

A man’s body has been found near a sporting reserve in Geelong’s east.
Victoria Police confirmed the grim discovery on Tuesday.
Emergency services, including paramedics and fire crews, attended the incident near St Albans Rd about 8am.
Leading Senior Constable Jody Clayton said police would prepare a report for the coroner.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious,” she said.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman and a Fire Rescue Victoria spokesman confirmed their involvement in the tragic find.
